Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Block Vault Co platform. By opening an account you confirm that you accept them in full.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to hold and trade digital assets in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether your use of the platform is lawful where you live.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for every action taken through your account. Enable two-factor authentication in your security settings. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Deposits and investments

Funds credited to your account may be allocated to any published investment plan. Plan terms — rate of return, duration, minimum and maximum — are shown at the point of purchase and are fixed for the life of that investment.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are reviewed before funds are released. We may request additional verification before approving a payout. Network fees, where applicable, are disclosed before you confirm.

5. Risk

Digital-asset markets are volatile. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Never commit funds you cannot afford to lose. See our Risk Disclosure for detail.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation or any other unlawful activity. Accounts suspected of such use are frozen pending investigation.

7. Changes

We may amend these terms. Material changes are announced by email and on this page at least 14 days before taking effect.
